In 2003 I moved to Israel. I study art history at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I currently represent the young and promising Israeli artist Tsili Lavi. Tsili was born in Jerusalem in 1988, at the time of the First Intifada, and grew up in the settlement of Tekoa near Jerusalem. Her artistic talent appeared at an early age, and at school she was designated the “class artist.” At the age of fifteen, Tsili transferred to a school for gifted children. There she spent many hours studying painting and sculpture. Tsili was also interested in biology, religion and philosophy, subjects that are often reflected in her paintings. Since finishing school, her sketchbook has never left her side. Tsili organized an exhibition of her work in Tekoa, where she grew up, and participated in several others. As Tsili’s representative in the art market, I recommend that you pay attention to the works presented here. Tsili has enormous potential.
