Кухарский Игорь Степанович родился 23 октября 1976 года в г. Львове.
С 1992 по 1996 год учился в Львовском колледже прикладного и декоративного искусства им. И. Труша.
В 2002 году окончил Львовскую академию искусств.
Работает в области станковой живописи.
Принимал участие в региональных выставках.
Работы хранятся в частных коллекциях Украины и за рубежом.
