Владимир Сергеевич Монашов, родился 18 января 1965г. в селе Федоскино, Мытищинского района Московской области. С 1981 по 1984 учился в Федоскинской школе миниатюрной живописи. В 1986 г. пришёл работать на Федоскинскую фабрику миниатюрной живописи. Член творческого союза художников. Активный участник всевозможных выставок. Работы находятся в частных собраниях России и за рубежом.
