Воропаев Владимир Константинович родился в 1946 году, в 1967 году окончил Минское художественное училище; в 1975 году закончил Всероссийский Государственный институт кинематографии (ВГИК) с отличием. Работал на киностудии &"Беларусьфильм&". Потом работал главным художником ПО &"Старт&".
