Родился в Тбилиси (Грузия) 1982 году в семье художника Вахтанга Мартиашвили.
Окончил &"Школу искусств&" (Geo Art) для особо одаренных детей. Ту же школу, но на два года раньше окончил и его брат Давид.
С 2005 года Зураб Мартиашвили занимается живописью профессионально.
