БИОГРАФИЯ
Родился 16 апреля 1961 года в Санкт-Петербурге.
Учился на факультете журналистики Санкт-Петербургского Университета. Главный редактор альманаха «Петрополь». С 1989 года издал более трехсот некоммерческих книг поэзии и прозы. Учредитель и координатор Международной Царскосельской художественной премии (с 1993) и премии «Петрополь» (с 1999).
