Родился в Зарайске Московской области в 1959 году, сейчас житель Суздаля. Закончил Тюменское училище искусств в 1978 и ЛВХПУ им. В. И. Мухиной в 1990. Член ВТОО Союз художников России с 1993, члет ТСХР. Участник более ста крупных выставок, дипломант РАХ, лауреат четырёх премий в области искусства. Работы находятся во многих государственных галереях России и за рубежом.
